Belfast Landlords are at it again. Terraced house divided up into flats. £900pm for just the attic and some stud walls.

  3. I lived between 2015 and 2018 in an apartment that looks pretty much like that one and paid £375! Grim.

  5. Father in law is a builder. Never it out of student houses moving walls etc to cram in an extra bed, or make them the legal size etc.

    It’s a disgrace.

  6. Is that legal? Is there not some rules where you have to provide other forms of fire egress when the kitchen is close to the entry doorway, and I’m not seeing a fire escape there.

  7. I worked on a load of these 20 years ago all around Belfast and the same thing was happening. The guy couldn’t convert them quick enough to get people in.
