Grim. I hate this timeline.
Its Agincourt. Will have 26 Romany men in it by Wednesday.
I personally don’t see a problem with sitting on a couch with a gas boiler hitting the back of my head…

I lived between 2015 and 2018 in an apartment that looks pretty much like that one and paid £375! Grim.
Looks like the landlords of the island are creating a United ireland for renters
An absolute bargain in Dublin
Father in law is a builder. Never it out of student houses moving walls etc to cram in an extra bed, or make them the legal size etc.
It’s a disgrace.
Is that legal? Is there not some rules where you have to provide other forms of fire egress when the kitchen is close to the entry doorway, and I’m not seeing a fire escape there.
If people are wondering why house prices are going up, only 9 new residential units were built in the whole of Belfast last year.

If we don’t overhaul the house planning system soon its not just going to be students living in places like these.
I worked on a load of these 20 years ago all around Belfast and the same thing was happening. The guy couldn’t convert them quick enough to get people in.
