A Trump supporter was asking me how is Trump and his family corrupt. Hmm, I don’t know how Trump is corrupt. Let me see:
* Trump could have put his businesses in a blind trust before becoming president, like Jimmy Carter did. But no, Trump decided to do the opposite, because he could use his powers as president to grift. This leads to the point below about foreign governments putting money into Trump’s pocket … …

This allowed him to force Secret Service to pay exorbitant prices to stay at his private golf courses, which he then funneled the money they paid into his own pocket.

* Trump put Jared Kushner in charge of the middle east. Jared Kushner, of course, got entangled with Saudi Arabia, which led to Saudi Arabia gifting Kushner $2 billion USD after the Trump family left office.
* That’s not all that Saudi Arabia did for Trump and his family. Cha-ching, more Saudi money into Trump’s pocket!

* Another example of Trump’s corruption is how he pardoned so many criminals that committed crimes on his behalf, including Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, etc. People that worked for Trump knew that if they committed crimes on Trump’s behalf, Trump could pardon them later.

I’d like to see some investigative reporting on what Mnuchin and Wilbur Ross were up to. Mnuchin spent the entire lame duck period flying around the middle east on government planes doing god knows what when he should have been working on transition activities. Wilbur Ross has accounts in Cyrus and the Seychelles, which are known for being great places to hide ill gotten gains.
