
Can someone explain to me what this means, i am an indian student wanting to join a German university. I am eligible to skip studienkolleg or do I have to complete that? I don’t understand what this means. I really need answers.

It seems like all of your qualifications has been accepted but I don’t understand thaaat much either.
But [Here](https://www.kmk.org/zab/central-office-for-foreign-education/contact-us.html) is the contact for the “Ausländische Bildungsstelle”, where you got the paper from. You can ask them.
Well, what is your school leaving degree? You either have what is internally labelled “IND-BV01”, so 12 years with at least 50% plus one year of successful studies at a university India. Or you have “IND-BV02”, which is 12 years plus the “Joint Entrance Exam”.
