this happened in madrid, in calle de la montera right next to sol, at around 5:30 am, dude approached me out of nowhere, harrased me and stole my wallet, confronted him and followed him till he gave it back, but he took all of my cash though. couldnt take a good picture, was drunk af, but posting him here for public shame.
