  1. The Miss Germany election has moved away from beauty standards and moved towards other aspects of beauty like personality. The age restriction was lifted, the oldest contestant was 42 afaik. One suffered from a disease, the other had a donour heart.

    It is now more of a “female leader” and rolemodel thing than nice tits and legs that go on and on until they reach the ground.

    She was chosen because she is a working mom (architect), immigration background, works in an organisation that helps immigrant women etc.

    That´s something several beauty contest are doing, you might remember the transexual who won the Portugese title. Heh, classic Portugal.

  4. Ugh some one please teach her how to use conditioner and curl cream. Whoever tf did her hair and make up definitely did NOT want her to win.

  5. Miss Germany 2024 does have cool mom vibes though, like she has the coolest decorated house on the block but in a “local artist” kind of way

  6. If you think about it, nobody cared about these competitions until these ‘progressive’ changes were made. Its a good marketing move.

  9. 2024 is certainly a lot less generic and fake than 2023. German W in my book.
