I have to take these kinds of opinions with a grain of salt, because doctors aren’t ever supposed to give diagnostic opinions about any patient whose charts they haven’t seen, and who they haven’t examined themselves.
That said, I don’t really care what Trump’s diagnosis is, so long as he is defeated in the election.
