Hi I’m an American with a sleep disorder. I’ve been looking to purchase blackout curtains to help with my sleep schedule but all the ones I’ve used do not fully block the light. I’ve seen how well the German Rolladens work at blocking out the light but I’ve been unsuccessful at finding any companies in the us that sell them. Most companies just sell standard blinds that go on the outside of your house. I’m hoping anyone here might know of a German company that’s ships to the us or even an American based company that produces them in Germany or makes them the German style. Have you tried to search for
„Verdunklungsrollo“
They can be easily installed from the inside and are way cheaper than Rollläden.
We use them in Rooms without Rollladen and they are dark as night.
