  1. Incomplete title here. It’s “only” about the A-50 fleet. Still significant, but not a stop to the Russian fighters/bombers.

    May those keep falling from the sky.

  3. So……….you are saying some bored f35 could fly in, have some fun taking things out, and russia wouldn’t be able to tell what happened.

    Seriously though, this will have a big knock-on effect for russia, it leaves their jets in the open and without guidance combined with ukraine’s use of upgraded S200 + putin forcing more flights to try to look string over this election. We will probably see a lot more downings over the next month as well as some hard hitting drone/missile attacks from ukraine.

  4. RU lost 11 planes in 11 days. The Orcs can’t afford this over the next 6-12 months.

  11. The British government has its own websites, no reason to give clicks to the guy who is actively hindering Ukraine’s war effort, if not worse.

  12. The A-50 support aircraft, not combat aircraft.

    They are still flying more sorties than ever. They are willing to suffer the casualties now because they know they can make a dent while support for Ukraine in low, and before new support for Ukraine arrives. It is a calculated risk they are taking.

  13. Only a matter of time until they fly one of the mothballed ones, with incomplete electronics, just to lie to their pilots.
