Play Nuno LB, Lucas Beraldo as CBs, if we look shaky or Sociedad look dangerous Nuno and Hakimi can play conservative, throw up a mid block and try to score on the counter, even Mbappe should be able to press in a mid block with minimal running because of congestion. On a side note we should have really run a mid block when Neymar was here and focused on countering, it would have helped with his and Mbappes lack of defense/pressing abilities.
