one day i woke up
and i receive this (nothing by the post only email) saying that i must pay for this which is a « Finanzsanierung » ( i just move in germany and don’t have any debt so i don’t freakin understand why i would have used this)
the adress on the paper is good but it’s not the good city
kind of scary
the society that have mandated the recovery agency is « MyBestFinance »
What do you think ? Thanks

  1. For me this is a scam.

The writting is weird. The Company that is wanting the Money is a utility Company from spain which is weird to me.

The PS seems just unprofessional and pressuring.

If you are from spain or had anythig to with that Company maybe. But i think it is Fishy

  2. If you google them there a couple of websites describing exactly that. Same company, same Inkasso firm, same letter… Seems like European Trust Solution is a pretty scammy company tricking „customers“ in contracts under false pretenses. Any chance you had any contact with them while looking for a loan? „MyBest Finance“/ „Finance Enterprise“

There stick seems to be tricking „customers“ that they‘ll get a loan but actually they just offer „Finanzsanierung“ (what ever that is).

However, it seems like that this company is using legal means to collect. So I wouldn’t just call it a scam and ignore it (even though it is definitely a scam), but take care of it. Ideally contact a lawyer.

  3. This looks like a scam.

Jedermann Inkasso is a real debt collection agency, but its German address is in the town of Wanna, and not whatever is given here (I can’t quite read it, but it’s clearly not Wanna). Also, these things are generally sent by snail mail.

The formatting of this letter is terrible. And I’m guessing where it says “Service Portal” is a link?

The best way to deal with this is to contact Jedermann Inkasso, but not using any contact details given on this letter. Their German phone number [according to the details on their actual website](https://business.jedermanninkasso.com/?page_id=6) is: +49 4757 889 49 00 (if you’re calling from a mobile phone, you can dial it exactly like that; if calling from a German landline phone, replace the “+49” with “0”). Explain to them you’ve received a letter which you suspect is fake, answer their questions to identify yourself, and they’ll be able to tell you whether or not this is genuinely from them.

  4. Exactly the same company tried to get money from me for a couple of years. I never responded to them and suddenly they stopped responding

  5. What I find especially trustworthy is the “PS: you can avoid further costs by simply paying.” Yup, sure thing. /s

  6. It’s a scam!!! Don’t pay, just do nothing.

    It’s always 621,87€ aswell🤣
