I took the original photo one morning on my way to work. These little trucks always grab my attention, they’re like little blank canvasses on wheels, perfect for playing around in photoshop.
For this one I tried imagining a “pest control” kind of situation but set in the future and the “pests” are illeagal imigrants from outer space. Inspired in a way by real events that are happening around Europe of imigrants flooding from poverty or war struck countries. The conditions in which these imigrants are kept are sometimes mind boggling… and most people have two opinions. Let them all in or kick em all out. Strange how crossing a border can cause so much havoc. As if it makes you less of a person if you come from a different part of the world. On the other hand cultural and sometimes moral differences can indeed cause some chaos as we’ve seen with Germany some years back. A moral dillema indeed.
To think that people crossing borders can cause so much trouble on the same planet, I wonder how we as a race would react if visitors from another part of the galaxy came not in few but in thousands…
