I was walking to the football pitch on a place called Dønna in Norway, when I saw this. I don’t know what it is and I was hoping to get some answers, it’s not something with my camera because I could see it with my own eyes, multiple people put it on their story and facebook, so it’s not just me who saw it.

Ice crystals in the sky making a rainbow. Happens when it’s cold. We get them a lot where I am in US.

That is a halo.
Sun halo. Happens due to ice crystals in the air. Similar to a rainbow. Sometimes even visible around the moon.
