Hello guys i have some serious question is this legit or i can ignore it the cost is 115 euros i didnt know how to pay on otto so i leave it without payment (last year when i moved to germany) any info what should i do? Googled it but found mixed reviews about that last year they had investigation in court that the firm is ilegally sending payments to the clients, what should i do ?

So, you bought something from them and did not pay? Then of course, you have to pay now. It will only get more and more expensive and your SCHUFA score will get worse and worse.
Did you purchase something from Otto and subsequently receive the product? Then yes you obviously owe the money.

How do you even get the idea that just ignoring the invoice is a proper response in that case
