  1. Any damage done abroad, from climate change or unearthed by it, must be compensated in full for the USA to live up to any of the values it was founded upon.

    If you can’t, it’s an illegitimate occupation of indigenous territory and undermines the entire justification for ongoing occupation, suggesting the land should be surrendered to indigenous populations, or the borders be opened to all immigrants.
