Housing Developers donate a lot to the Tories. They’re going to love being able to snap up land that was held as an amenity for the public.

For the record it’s 10 Labour councils, 5 Conservative councils, 3 Lib Dem councils and 1 with no majority control.

With most councils facing bankruptcy in the next five to ten years, expect as much family silver to be sold as possible so that we get worse services with increased tax bills to boot.
That won’t have any long terms negative impacts I’m sure
