Thanks everybody for your input to the fillings. I ended up making all of them Dutch inspired (flavours in the comments). These will join my first work-trip Monday.

    ‌Kissing farmers: Haagse Hopjes (coffee butterscotch and coffee crunch)

    ‌Clogs: Spiced orange & speculaas

    ‌Wind turbine: Caramel & speculaas

    ‌Windmill: Apple pie

    ‌Red-White-Blue: Gevulde koek (marzipan cookie)

    ‌Nijntje (Miffy): Stroopwafel

  3. Well done. These look great! The flavours sound very cleverly chosen, and very Dutch-inspired. I’d enjoy all of them, except for the liquorice and aniseed ones (but that’s just my personal peculiarity).
