4. Inevitable, but too soon in my opinion.

5. I couldn’t “Play” this, until the war was over and Ukraine won. It just would not feel right.

   If it generated money for Ukraine, I would buy it, though.

6. Too soon has been a sentiment that has plagued Ukrainian efforts to win a war that has been ongoing for two years. Perhaps the most distasteful aspect of this war is the lack of urgency regarding other people’s lives and where they live.

   Also, apparently Warstache is going to be in it.

   They’re funding this now so they can work on it, the game is cooperative, and they’re doing a lot of landmark and people scanning/historical events preservation/retellings as a part of development.

   This is the perfect time to get this going.

    Who are we to say how or when Ukrainians should depict their national struggle?

11. To those saying it’s distasteful:

    The game touts real stories, (with liberties and embellishments) using actual soldiers facial scans and is documenting history by way of gamifying it.

    The game is in development and as the story in reality unfolds, so shall the game content to reflect that.

    They could have withheld development until this saga ends, but who is to say they will have made it that long?

    Their lives are uncertain and I for one am glad they are pursuing what could be their last project.

    Now, if the team was based in another country, it would be different.

12. I wonder if they are able to implement all the places via 3D scan.

    I would also add some missions/storyline, where you are some kind of firefighter oder civilian and have to help flee or get captured.

    Another idea would be the „stay awake mission“, where you have to play the President for 3 stays straight (in the first days in Kiew) without sleeping.

20. Too soon is the same feeling that is driving politicians delaying various weapons, thanks to that war will be longer and more people will die.

    For this game it’s maybe important to see it in gamified version and understand what is happening there. For many it will be better educational option than looking at grim videos showing actual casualties.

    Let them spread awareness by whatever means necessary

23. Sniper The White Raven isn’t distasteful.. it’s about the war. This war has been going on since 2014 . There’s movies stories to depict battles and heroes . I don’t think this is distasteful. In 2005 ( Over There) was a show about the Iraq war one year into the war .

26. Excellent – for fact and light comedy value there should be some toilets and washing machines strapped to tanks!

    Also, a bonus level where you get extra points for retrieving them back from the Russians, then successfully plumb and plug back in from where they were stollen from.

27. Great way to train the younger generations in ukraine on how it’s gonna go down if they get enlisted, who knows how long this war will go on.

28. Like in wars before all possibilities to inform and sway the public will be fully utilised. Whether it are radio shows, movies, series, or other pieces of performance. Gaming is just like that, but more modern.
