Does anyone working in this sector (notary/real estate) know of some recent experiences in the process?

before anyone says ‘speak to a notary’, both feedback i got was that they are not able to give a timeline, as you just have to wait. The same when I contacted the customer care of the LA
If it’s temporary I would not really bother with it unless you own or inherited the property. It will take many years.
