22. This is what it looks like when you don’t screen foreign volunteers for military career, military occupation (infantry), general character and health, and combat experience. The Russians will give up on training before these guys are combat effective and working together as fire team, squad, platoon, and company-size elements. They need a minimum of 3 months with quality trainers.
