A creative long-shot, or; the long-winded hello

👋 Hi Redditors! 👋

Long-time lurker and first-time poster.

This message is for friends new, old, spoken and unspoken.

If you are in the latter camp, I’m Adam, late twenties and I’ve got a massive head and I can’t wear hats. It’s hereditary I think but I can’t be sure.

With that out of the way…

…I am embarking on a new creative journey this year, or, right now actually.

I’ve set-up my own creative company: Bufflehead.

Bufflehead is a new and efficient creative video solution to your marketing needs. It’s also the name of a really cool duck with an equally large head.

Due to recent life events, changes and scary milestones, I’ve decided to pursue my passions, well, full-time.

I specialise in mobile filmmaking (my research area for my PhD) and aim to provide creative video packages that are unique to each business or person I work with.

Supported with great kit from [PolarPro](https://www.linkedin.com/company/polar-pro-filters/) and [Moment](https://www.linkedin.com/company/moment-inc-/), my mobile filmmaking setup allows me to provide no-hassle, organic shoots and a fast turnaround/video delivery. This also means lower fees but all with that cinematic quality.

I’m fully-fleshed out in the world of video work. I’ve been doing this on and off for almost 8 years now. I’ve shot, directed, edited, sound engineered and designed full media campaigns for a heap of clients from the creative, sports, hospitality and public sectors.

If you, or anyone you know is looking a helping hand with video work, please do let them know that there’s a new little (big) duck flying around. I’m really excited to get stuck in to the creative landscape and make some special videos.

I’d also love to new create new relationships with people in my local and further-afield communities.

That’s what it’s really all about isn’t it?
