I know negative news sells more than positive news but Jesus Christ the NMC is not having a good time recently.
My aunt whose a mentor nurse has to refuse signing off a mentee who can’t even do a straight 100/10 division when trying to give a patient the correct dosage.
And the heads of the hospital have been pressuring her to sign it off. And to date she continually refuses to do so.
