1. Those are Silberfische (Silverfish) and they are harmless. They like it when it‘s warm and humid and when they can easily find sugar(s).

5. They can ruin books and even clothing. They like high -humidity environments, so a dehumidifier should help you get rid of them after a month or so. You can also kill them when you find them in their larvae form (grey balloon-shaped larva, with a little “tongue” that sticks out the thin end, usually hanging on walls.)
