I once had to park like an asshole because the only spaces available had a car next to it who had parked like an asshole. For all I know that could have been happening all day.
But then again they could have pulled in a little further.

Slash his tyres and key the doors. It’s this type of parking that should be posted all over the interwebs, follow him home, befriend him and name and shame him, call his insurance and report on how many up votes you got on reddit for this despicable behaviour.
