King Charles is set to visit Australia despite cancer diagnosis

King Charles is planning on making an official visit to Australia later this year, despite his cancer diagnosis.

The Australian government announced the plans, which is pencilled in for October and early November.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is inviting submissions from ministers to decide which states and territories to include.

He said “The King has shown his compassion for Australians affected by recent natural disasters, just as Australians have shown compassion and support for the King following his cancer diagnosis”.

Hmm the Prime Minister of Australia was rather rude and aggressive after the passing of the Queen stating that whilst his nation had the upmost love and respect for her, the new King needed to "keep a distance". I hope their Government show Charles nothing but the upmost respect, kindness and courtesy. Wishes for his health and recovery 💜

  16. There are a number of cancers that can be very successfully treated. We don't know what kind of cancer it is, and we don't need to know until he chooses to say.
