And everything arranged so neatly, beautiful to look at before digging in!
Sorry my app doesn’t allow me to individually subtext the images in the post so it’s gonna be like this.
bœuf bourguignon w. Pearl onion & lardon
 Mash potato pancakes
Boller i karry (Danish dish of meatballs in a curry gravy)
& 5: Fransk Hotdog (Danish type of hotdog served in a hollowed out bread, bread is homebaked)
& 7: Couple of Neapolitan-ish pies from my pizza oven.
Gode Ben (danish braised pork ribs served with jus, fingerling potatoes in butter & parsley, sous vide cooked leek and homemade pickled cucumber.
 Tomato Tart
Pork tenderloin on potato, mushroom sauce and roasted cauliflower.
Salmon & Soffrito Ravioli in butter, lemon & white wine sauce, topped with dollops of reduced stewed tomato.
as a dessert for no. 11 – Apple & almond cake, homemade ice cream and a crumble, served with raspberry coulis.
Tarteletter (Danish pastry shells filled with hen & asparagus in white gravy.
Sarmale on polenta with reduction sauce.
 Crusty dutch oven boule.
Rullesteg (A danish dosh consisting of pork belly rolled around aromatics, slow cooked and served in slices, here with a reduction and butter sautéed mushrooms)
 Chicken soup
 Potato & onion soup
Farsbrød (Meatloaf wrapped in bacon, served with gravy and roasties)
Stegt Flæsk (The original version of this is the national dish in Denmark, which is an abomination as it’s clearly smørrebrød that should hold that title, but alas there was a vote on it in the 60s, bunch of stupid Danes. Anyway I decided to fuck with the stocky old curmudgeons in a couple Danish Food FB groups and made a modern take; Roasted slices of seasoned pork belly, served over a trio of purée (Beet, Carrot and Potato) with fondant potatoes and pickled mustard seeds).
