So, am I reading that chart correctly in that 17.9% of all taxpayers in CA have over $1M adjusted gross INCOME? Nearly 1 in 5?
Imagine having all that money and being responsible for the disproportionate amount of homeless they’ve got. Add to that it’s all left wing leadership and all the charities and entire government funded teams directed exclusively to fighting homelessness. How could it happen?
Now factor in rise of cost of living expenses and taxes…

2) how is California doing better than these supposed free states of Texas and Florida? I thought all of the wealthy people were leaving California in droves to move to states with lower taxes…
