How does this full Irish made in Lexington, Kentucky compare to the real deal?

  1. Looks pretty spot on. Amazed to see black and white pudding in the US. Basically impossible to get over there. I just wonder what sort of sausages those are, as breakfast sausage in the US tastes quite different (nice in its own way).

  2. You have done well. We are dispatching a small envoy to Lexington to conduct closer *enquiries*. I hope it was washed down with a bucket of tea.

  3. That actually looks a step above what you’d get in most places here tbh, but still completely authentic. Amazing for America. It’s got both black and white pudding which I think I’ve never seen anywhere over there, real rashers and what looks to be proper sausages. You found a gem.

  4. 9/10. You separated the beans from everything else. I may mix them but I want that to be my decision.

You left no reason to use the sausage as a breakwater, so it is clear you know what you are doing..presentation wise.

  5. I’d add a mushroom and a hash brown, and I’ve never seen a tomato cut into a quarter, it’s always a half.
But it looks spot on and delicious!

  6. Thats respectable. surprised they manged some of the ingredients. like black and white pudding. A bit of potatoe bread would be the icing on the cake.

  7. Need some soda, wheaten, and potato bread. Mushrooms always good. Need 2 soft eggs for the bread to dip in👍🇮🇪

  8. American married to a Clare Man here. We get our rashers, sausages and pudding from an Irish Import store here in Los Angeles along with the Heinz Beans and he does a right job with it since he’s a chef. He makes his own brown bread. Tomatoes from our garden. It can get expensive so we only do it a few times per year. We’re moving over to you within the year and this will be one thing I’ll look forward to having more often.

Knowing what’s usually served over here as a “Full Irish Breakfast”, this spread is really impressive. They at least try to be authentic. I could show you examples that would have you rolling. However, the eggs look WAY overdone. I like mine runny so you can use the bread to sop it up.
