Seems it’s still a dump
Former landfill site now huge piece of wasteland with a massive film studio just beside fortwilliam roundabout. I’ve been reading all sorts, plans turning it in to a massive sports and entertainment area, using it as a concert venue, and methane burners powering the whole city. Seems a waste to have such a huge piece of land so close to the city with great potential links to the motorway and train line doing nothing. Apparently its not even open to the public for a walk either.
The current plans that were green lit will never see the light of day so expect further discussion when economic situation improves.
