The lady at the Ausländerbehörde said I will receive an Email when the card is ready.. Should I just go? anyone had a similar experience? I changed cities so I don’t want to go to Berlin and back with nothing.

Did you inform them about your changed place of residence? Because they would have sent you a letter if any of the information changed. But if no information has changed yes, you can go. Could have gone sine 22nd of February actually.
