  1. Posturing. I’ll eat my own ass if France sends combat troops.

  2. Maybe if Scholz is humiliated enough by his Chad (i guess) French counterpart, he will relent and send long range missiles to take out the Kerch bridge.

  3. Yeah well somebody tell that to that german pussy

  4. Problem is Macron is all talk and no action. He doesn’t even allow Ukraine to strike the Kerch Bridge with SCALP.

  5. Let’s start by letting Ukraine use SCALP on Russian territory. Or is this posturing?

  6. Man described as new Napoleon sending troops into Russian-controlled space

    I’m for it

  7. Words are just words to a degree, but he’s also saying the right things that are important to state in this case. Thus I’m going to cheer on Macron and hope that he’ll keep giving reason to do so.

  8. (Jets and strikes into Russia are redlines)********

  9. He understands what’s at stake. Europe must pick up the slack because the US is unwilling.

  10. This is whats needed right now. For the last two years, the West was trying to send messages, and after every message Putin escalated. Western sanctions were followed by russian war crimes and deliberate targeting of civilians. Himars and a handful of western tanks were followed by annexations and russian mobilization.

The West is still trying to send a message “This isn’t worth it”, as if russia was a normal country. It is not.

At some point Western politicians need to realize that trying to send messages to Putin is pointless. The opposite is true, Putin is sending a message, and it’s not a friendly one.

  11. Damn macron, honestly this is his best shot at taking control of the EU…

  12. there is no line at which to stop, which would result in russia saying “alright we got a deal.” anything you cede, the russians will use against you. they’ll use the time you give them to prepare, they’ll use the appeasement you perform to test the waters and then ‘ask’ for more by force.

it’s useless to pretend that giving in to their demands has done, is doing, or will ever do anything.

  13. Impressive. Who is this new vigorous Macron? Did his testicles finally drop into his ballsack?

  14. He’s crushing it!!!!  Just wait until Trump get back in office and his ego takes over about who can crush Russia the most.  It’s going to be HUGE.

  15. Take a note that all this tough talk started when artillery ammo shortage became obvious with the fall of Avdiivka. Coincidence? I don’t think so

They talk the talk but can’t walk the walk

  16. I start to like this frog. Finally someone applying pressure.

  17. Can someone with a little more knowledge tell me what happens when Russia starts losing capabilities? Downing their sea fleet seems to be very important to quell the onslaught on civilians for example. Which is great.

But I mean more along the lines of their capabilities to fight on the front. If they can’t use jets in a support role anymore what does that mean? If they lose the remainder of their helicopter fleet? If they run very low on in particular artillery?

Can losing a singular capability expedite the loss of the front line for Russia, and in what way?
