    This was a diversionary pipe through the dam, and will not happen again after the dam is fully removed.

    Looks like they started restocking too soon. Quite an expensive blunder.

  2. Wild, non-hatchery raised fish are doing fine downstream. Once the dams are down, we likely won’t need to prop up the population with hatchery fish. This article’s title is leaving out key information.
