I’m always perplexed where that myth comes from. This is a supplemental funding bill over $60bn, but only a small part is actually earmarked for Ukraine.
Do they have the money or do they just have pledges to provide the money? Wasn’t there something on how NATO has been pretty bad at honouring their pledges? I wouldn’t be counting my shells until I have every penny in hand to pay for them personally.
