This is not a list of a paratrooper military unit; this is the listing of an add on unit with low level, but paid soldiers with one week training as storm forces, to be wasted in masses, so to pave the way for the high value paratrooper units, when they attack. This is a disposable storm unit, to be disposed by attacking the Ukrainian forces. It is not expected, anyone of them will come back.

    Just check the ages of these guys, many, most of them are above 30, many above 40 years, some even above 50.

    How many of those older guys invaded Afghanistan 1979–1989 , Chechniya I 1994–1996 , Chechniya II 1999–2009 , Georgian Civil war 1991–1993 , Transnistria 1992, Tajikistani Civil War 1992–1997, War of Dagestan 1999, Russo Georgian war 2008 Syrian Civil war 2015–present, Central African Republic Civil war 2018–present . Busy busy busy.

  30. I always feel something else when I see guys born in 1993 (year when I was born) that died.

    They were 30 years old.. That’s young in my opinion.

    I have a wife, don’t have kids, I like to hunt, I like to play games on my PC/PS4. Damn, till 25yo I was on college. And I really don’t consider myself “old”.

    Then I see 2002, 2003, 2004 – those are god damn kids.

    Don’t get me wrong, they are terrorists and they consciously attacked other country, but when you look at the other side, just a bunch of god damn kids that didn’t even know the meaning of life.

  31. Some things of note, look at the date of birth. I just retired from the military this Dec, 20 years down! I was born in 84.. half those guys are older then me.

    some even born in the 70ties….at that age you shouldn’t fight a war! you should play with your electric railroad on the attic, making pictures for facebook, paint a fence, buy a honda goldwing.

    or go to mystical “find your inner man power” meetings for getting in contact again with the proto male power within, by dancing around fires in bearskin practising the dragon shout….

    well on the other hand, it make sense. they are the last age group of fighying men that still have some of that soviet infused apathy, the last of the institutionalized “for the motherland” generation.

    after this they have to send sons with mothers that still live.

    people that will leave a bigger gap than some wifebeating, child neglecting, deadbeat 40+ korsakoff syndrom suffering “state investment”….

    than they have to send people that are actually missed by their loved ones.
