Excellent response to an out of control XL Bully which is banned but not banned as they are allowed to be kept.

  1. Good thing we have new restrictions in place which will hopefully reduce the number of these incidents in the future.

  2. This seems every week now. Is this a case of more reporting on it so it seems more visible or is there genuinely an epidemic of dog attacks?
