  2. Imagine being arrested for supporting a political figure, yet republicans support him. As a republican this makes me ashamed. I support trump and all that, but i cant begin to understand how some republicans can support Putin and Russia considering freedom of speech is a huge talking point among us!

  3. In Wikipedia (The_Economist_Democracy_Index) there is a "Democracy Index published by the Economist Group", and Russia is at position 144 ("Authoritaria") out of 167 countries. That explains pretty much what is happening in this video.
My country, Finland, is at position 5 ("Full democracy") btw :).

  4. Long live his name in our moral compass. The world and people must stand firm the best way they can. Mr Navalny lives on in our hearts and minds across the world. Putin will not live forever

  6. I never will ever underestimate living relatively safe here in Australia, we are far from perfect but my heart goes out to these people

  8. Putin made his own worst enemy a martyr. If Putin had let him rot in prison, he would have eventually been forgotten. But in his death he awakened a country. I wonder if Putin realizes exactly what he has done. He made Navalny a martyr. And people fight for their martyrs.

  9. In russia it it not even allowed to mourn russian war victims because it is not allowed to call it a war. Crazy.
