1. Again enforces the belief that it’s one rule for the rich and another for us plebs.

   Chap gets a slap on the wrist for knowingly and incredibly cruely killing badgers. He appeals and asks if he gives 15K could he get off with the conviction.

   Judge obliges. Insanity.

2. Scumbag cunt. Disgusting behaviour. And shame on the courts for not only allowing him to get away with but setting yet another example that wildlife crimes will go unpunished in this country. No wonder we rank at the bottom of the table for wildlife diversity

10. Scumbag. Badger setts are supposed to be protected in this country, generations of badgers will use an established sett for potentially 1000s of years if not for scum like this.

11. That’s a very cruel way to kill badgers, at least shoot them ffs. Quick and easy death, zero reason to be starving them to death underground.
