USA Dude here, I started to learn German way back in high school just so I could understand my favorite band. Anyone else do something similar?

1. I had been a huge Rammstein fan (it’s complicated) and I cannot tell you how many people I met during my studies who started exactly like that – mostly from SA for some reason? Generally, working alongside texts that are not a chore and that genuinely interest you is a great choice! I’m sure you can find lists of super interesting German songs to take the first steps online. Godspeed! ^^
