If this bothers some of you because it’s not informative or whatever I might delete it. I have genuine question about Germans giving things for free why do they give crappy things? It’s so strange to me.
I’m in ein Umsonst Gruppe and the crap they post it’s unbelievable, it’s everyone. What’s going on? is this a cultural thing? or maybe it’s just Facebook being a shitty place?
These are not the worst I’ve seen there but just from today. Maybe it’s because I live in small town and people weird here ðŸ«

But no, it’s not a cultural thing. Most German will throw their bedsheet with a big hole, dirty socks, old magazines and empty glasses in the trash. I guess it’s a combination of some people being unable to throw stuff away and Facebook groups attracting a certain kind of person. But it’s not hurting anyone and if someone needs a bunch of old socks, good for them.
I think most people that actually want to give away „good“ stuff for free will post on eBay Kleinanzeigen.
