  1. When he finally leaves office there will be a new national holiday.

  2. He first said this in 2009 for 2011 elections . He doesn’t have a habit to obey the laws maybe he has health issues. Maybe he is afraid to lose presidency to Yavaş or İmamoğlu and wants to leave office as undefeated.
