  1. Spain, because they’re basically the same as us but not depressed.

  2. Opens post in new browser. Grabs some 🍿.

    *Let the games begin*

  3. Not visited much but out of the ones I did, I liked Netherlands the most – I love their cycling culture.

  4. Italy! Loved my longer stay there, food, culture, people, legacy, landscapes…

From countries closer to home I really like Czechia, it is kind of familiar, like Poland, but with more balanced vibe.

  5. France has everything except it’s full of French people, so Iceland. I love my maritime dispute brothers.

  6. Slovenia. Better and more compact version of Slovakia.

  7. **Für Deutschland, obviously! Küsse aus Polen:D**

I really like Czechia, great food and beer, friendly people, sort of normal prices, understandable language 😉 I’ve been a couple of times already and always enjoyed my stays.

  8. Polska. Bcs I speak Polish, know polish culture and as Czech Silesian I am basically polopolish. But my favorite is of course Czechia, we are the best.

  9. Pole here, my favorite European countries are Czechia and Ukraine. Ukraine because of personal connections (this is where a lot of my good friends come from, going as far back as 2010), Czechia because it feels familiar, but more optimistic in a way.

  10. Croatia. Great scenery, nice people, I can navigate the important parts of the language, nice beer.

  11. Love Baltics. Never been there but I feel some kind of deep spiritual connection, especially with Lithuania. Wish to visit some day. Second place goes to Poland.

  12. Spain. For many reasons but above all for its people.

  13. As a Ukrainian, it’s Britain, my favorite dudes and a country exceptional in every way.

  14. Sweden, a wonderful country with a chill people, feels like a “home away from home”.

However I wouldn’t tell them of my choice, because as their most noteworthy flaw, the Swedes already tend to be somewhat smug know-it-alls .

  15. What have I learned from this post:
    – everybody hates french
    – Czechia is basically Poland if happiness existed there
    – Italy is the best

Edit: Correction: France is redeemed. Somehow, British people themselves are defending it😁 How cute!

  16. Finland and Estonia. I am in love with their language, their culture, the landscapes of forests and lakes, etc.

  17. Boring answer but probably Italy. Because… well, it’s Italy. No explanation needed: it’s got the lot

  18. Italy, Portugal, Greece and Turkey. Mainly because of cultural similarities – we have almost the same idiosyncrasy. And beautiful weather. That’s a must.

  19. Dutchy here. South of Germany, Austria and Alps regio of Italy.

  20. Italy because I lived and worked there when I was young. The beauty, culture, climate, food and people 💖

  21. As a French

    Italy, then Switzerland.

I would like to try Eastern Europe in summer too.

  22. Germany and specially Bayern , their culture is nice to me and I like the German beer

Czechia, because Prague is beautiful and I like the czech beer

Slovenia , because it was the most chilly and nice place from Yugoslavia and I like Slovenian beer

  23. Italy is a hot mess of nonsense but the food changed me in my soul. I agree with Phil Rosenthal when he said “The problem with the world is that it’s not Italy.”

  24. Can’t decide between Lithuania and Estonia. It’s like picking a favorite child.

  25. Spain, Portugal, France and UK.

Beautiful climate, language and people in Spain/Portugal.

Beautiful language and people in France.

In UK, specifically London, I really liked it for people, transportation, and for it’s vibrancy.

  26. German here and I love Italy.

Man, they know how to cook and enjoy life. Beautiful landscapes, beautiful language, great people.

  27. I love you all equally my brothers ❤️

Edit: except you Russia. I’ll love you when you get your shit together you bastard.

  28. Ukraine.
I’m British but currently live in Kyiv
    Wonderful country

  29. France and Italy, tied. Beautiful architecture, languages . Italy wins a bit in terms of food that is to my taste, and ice cream, but France has much better bakeries and boulangerie. Been to both multiple times , and for good reason.

  30. I always feel at home in the ex Yugo countries and of course, Spain. But in Spain I am just one more Latino, in Croatia or Serbia I am still “exotic”. In both places people are warm and food is delicious. Attitudes are also more relaxed.

I also really like Poland, always had enjoyed my time there. Beautiful women and nice history.

  31. As a Swede;

Scotland – for the amazing booze and castles.

Italy – The food, oh the food..

    France – Oh the wines..

Iceland / Norway – It’s s tossup between the two over the most dramatic landscapes.

Greece – I don’t know what it is but those stony beaches and cute little towns on your islands, they just instill such a calm to me.

But I think I’d have to go with Finland as my home away from home – A hot and humid sauna, a grilled länkkorv with åbo stark senap (Finns know what I’m referring too) and a cold beer on a summers evening.

  32. I’m from Croatia. I like Italy to visit, but I think Slovenia is perfect for living. A small, green, safe, organized country. There is not too much difference in mentality. Slovenia has the Alps and the sea. It is close to Germany, Austria, Italy and Croatia. Simply, Slovenia is perfect.

  33. Italy or Polartugal, they r historically our brothers/sisters

Shared past, culture langauge and much more

    🇪🇸🫶🇮🇹🫶🇵🇹

  34. Estonia.

I got the incredible chance to sing in their national song festival in 2019. It was an experience unlike anything else. In spite of being a foreigner basically intruding on one of their biggest cultural events, everyone I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming, in spite of my lack of ability to speak Estonian. What a wonderful country. I highly recommend visiting, it won’t disappoint.

    Eesti! Eesti!

  35. Poland/Krakow. Idk I just felt in love with the city. History, people and polish food. Love from Czechia ❤️

  36. As a sea-loving Montenegrin, Croatia and Italy. Heck, all of the Mediterranean nations.

  37. As an Italian:

France for functionality and their mad respect for arts and artists.
Portugal for saudade and its atmosphere, that country bewitched my heart.
