   The other trawler you see in the pic belongs to the Chinese Maritime Militia, a para-military force not officially recognized by the PLA but basically an open secret. They’re dubbed the “little blue men”

17. They rammed straight through a Filipino fishing vessel way back. It was in the high seas. Broke the boat in half. Left the fishermen for dead.
