This is such a BS…. He can’t do that. there’s absolute no way he will be able to get through with that. Lest alone terminate your contract because of such a nonsense.
Closing the door can help. And telling your landlady, that she has to respect your privacy, AND tell her not to “Duz” you. It “Sie” and “Herr XY”. Not “Malik”.
Let’s forget to close the door, wait for a burglar and see how much you have to pay when the insurance refuses rightfully to pay a cent because people can’t be bothered to close a door.

And no, she cannot charge you random amounts for random things without your consent (you might check your contract and the Hausordnung, whether some surprising clause is in there).
Depending on the contractual agreement on your Nebenkosten you’d even contribute to the energy waste via the common heating cost.

Before anyone making any judgement about me not closing the door; the door was broken and it cannot be closed properly. I am a very paranoid person and don‘t really forget when it comes about closing doors. I asked her already to fix the fucking door so no one would be asked to pay her money.
She can not do that, that is not legal. I hate how everyone here is jumping on you, obviously not knowing how it is to have a shitty landlady. Already reading the email makes me furious!
