I was devastated cause I tried to get an ostrich egg from Waitrose and they wouldn’t deliver to me 🥲

Mostly not visible cause of the giant egg- mushrooms, two Lincolnshire sausages, two slices of black pudding, sourdough, three slices of bacon, and of course, beans.

  2. I love goose eggs but sadly I think I’m allergic to them as both times I’ve had them I’ve ended up with the worst stomach cramps I’ve ever had. So no more for me 🙁

  3. Bean ratio is off, but I’ll allow it as I imagine the egg size would throw off the best of servers.

  4. What are they like, I tried a duck egg once and it was too strong a flavour, too eggy.

  5. I’ve made a few notes. Bacon, 10 on 10. Button mushrooms, bingo. Black pudding, snap. Minor criticism, more distance between the eggs and the beans. I may want to mix them but I want that to be my decision. Use a sausage as a breakwater. But I’m nit-picking, on the whole, a very good effort – 7 on 10.

  6. You need a bigger plate, I’ve got teacup saucers bigger than that.

  7. Nice one! Goose eggs are pretty good for baking too, made a few cakes with them before that turned out well

  9. Need a bigger plate, the placing of everything on top of each other is triggering

  10. Should have used the sausages as a breakwater between the beans and the egg
