That’s really sus because tofu/soybeans 100% have non-fiber carbs. It’s probably a misprint.
Tic tacs are 95% sugar, however since each tic tac weighs half a gram, it rounds down to 0g sugar and can legally be declared sugar-free in some countries.
Could be artificial sugar so doesn’t count in calories info.
it’s below 0,1g and below the amount where you would round up to 0,1g so it probably contains 0,04g sugar per 100g or less.
The sugar is likely just the base for the spices. Hence added in quantities lower than 0.1% and thus doesn’t need to be listed. Or rather listing it would be meaningless.
