  1. I watched an abridged version of the Ceremony last night on TV. 3 winners between the age of 5-7 and 3 between the ages of 8-11 had their story read aloud by someone famous and were given an 'Olympic-style' Gold, Silver and Bronze medal by Queen Camilla – and all were presented with a hardback book containing their stories with illustrations. How wonderful for all involved. 👏👏❤

  2. For someone who didn't want the limelight in the beginning, Queen Camilla has really given, and grown, so much. What a brilliant woman!

  3. Queen Camilla is a lady after my own heart. Encouraging children to read and allowing them to ‘live’ the adventures on the written page. And, of course, writing their own masterpieces.
God bless Queen Camilla. A lovely lady with a kind heart and great work ethic. 😊

  4. I caught this story on breakfast tv ( BBC) they showed a clip it was a young girl I believes story that she had written as a 70 yr old I didn’t expect to feel quite so taken in by the story she had written I was literally stopped in my tracks it was from what I heard an amazing book I think I would have enjoyed the whole story! Well done young writers I applaud you 👏 👏

  5. Not a terribly long 'holiday' for HMQ then.. back at work in less than a week !
SO proud of the way She's 'stepped up to the plate', as indeed the King surely is.

    God save them BOTH…

  6. SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON HOLIDAY FOR A WEEK….AND HERE SHE IS DOING HER JOB FOR THE BRITISH PEOPLE……
and love the way she interacts with the young kids….she actually listens and shows interest….

  7. It's nice that Camilla has her own initiatives as the Queen Consort who doesn't reign but still has her own significance to The Monarchy. She is her own person and seems to have embodied the consort role in her own way. Good for her.

  8. Queen Diana, "Queen of Hearts".

    Camilla will always be,
the woman who reminds of you of,
a boyfriend who cheated on you.

    Eccch.
