Hi guys,

My partner and I were looking at booking a trip to Stockholm in a couple of weeks time, but the official guidance from the Swedish Government and Police sites are a bit confusing to us!

From what I can tell, we should be OK to visit but these 2 sources seem to contradict each other a bit?

The Government website mentions a ban on non-essential travel, but when we read the advice on the Polisen website it sounds like we would qualify for one of the exemptions to the ban by being UK residents that are fully vaccinated?

Can anyone help us understand if we can or can’t visit please?

Thanks so much!

  1. The rules change tomorrow and the Police website is out of date.

If you meet the rules from before 28th December you should be fine, so if you are travelling from the UK and are fully vaccinated in the UK you shouldn’t have a problem.
