See the great thing is if you do anything other than just pay up – no home for you!
They were unsuccessful in spelling successful.
You can complete a credit check yourself and send them. That’s what I did and I didn’t have to pay. Although I think the rules are that if it’s something that the landlord requests like this then they have to pay for it
