  1. TLDR:

    * Rep. Ronny Jackson, a former White House physician, was demoted by the US Navy.
    * The demotion followed an inspector general report which said he belittled and bullied staff.
    * He has continued to refer to himself as a retired rear admiral.

  2. I’m all for shitting on trumpers, but an admiral in the navy was demoted for being mean?

    someone never got their shellback

update: i need to read the whole article before commenting and not go off blurbs

  3. He’s the one they call Dr. Feelgood

He’s the one that makes ya feel alright

  4. Ronny Jackson: But I’m immune!!! Why don’t people believe me that I am immune!

  5. The Navy really has to stop being all hush hush when the brass get demoted.

  6. His behavior seems “appropriate” for the Trump White House.

  7. So several years ago my husband and I were at a weeklong or so conference in VA for his job with a well known government adjacent Corp. At one of the dinners (free drinks flowing) I had my plate waiting in line for prime rib (w/o husband). A guy behind me, clearly drunk, moved in verrry close several times making off color(?) small talk at several points putting his hand on the small of my back, etc. I, frustrated that he would not take a hint, finally just stepped out of line and went back to our table. I told my husband and pointed out the guy. It’s been a minute but yeah it was ^^that guy lol

  8. Remember his report on Trump after his annual physical? I thought he’d lose his medical license after that horseshit.

  9. Let me guess his response will be woke persecution and fake news

  10. Trump… “He’s one of us! Give him a red hat and a speedo!”

  11. You mean the doctor that signed off on Trump being the picture of health and weighing 250 lbs? That guy is a hack?

  12. The amazing thing is Michael Flynn is still a General.

  13. He’s lucky to be getting any retirement benefits.

    Fuck him.

  14. The best thing about his story is that he will forever be known as Captain Ron.

  15. I think there’s a lot of people like this. Trump is lifeline to the corrupt.

  16. Do you know how much you have to fuck up to get demoted AFTER you retired? For Candyman, that’s how bad he fucked up for his behavior.

  17. I’m shocked, SHOCKED, I tell you. Everyone else linked to Trump seem like such good people.

  18. From admiral to captain and yet he still refers to himself as admiral.

  19. Maybe I’m just idealistic but by the time someone has risen to admiral rank, I’d have expected the low life’s to have been sifted out. General Flynn and this guy gave a lot in common.

  20. Do you now bad you have to fuck up to get demoted AFTER you RETIRED? Well, for Candyman, he fucked up that bad for him to get demoted.

  21. It wasn’t just allegations if he was demoted.

  22. WHICH, I AM DELIGHTED TO NOTE, MAKES HIM

    CAPTAIN RON.

  23. He was giving drugs away in the west wing like they were skittles. Explains Kimberly Guilfoyles speeches

  24. Y’all really need to watch Maddow, she covered all this like 7 years ago

  25. Okay, we need to take a step back from this headline. The United States Navy does not demote a rear admiral lower half on the basis of allegations. They demote a rear admiral lower half on the basis of substantiated claims. The evidence was enough that the US Navy was willing to take a star off of a man’s shoulders and *that should be the headline.*

They would not have done so if there was not enough truth here to legitimately ruin this man’s retirement.

This isn’t a letter of reprimand in someone’s file which derails the opportunity for future promotions. This is significantly worse for Captain Jackson.

  26. He did this while on active duty, so why didn’t the Navy call him back to active duty and court martial him? Regulations authorize this, at least for officers, not sure about enlisted. Break the law and regulations on active duty that doesn’t come to the attention of the service until retired you can be called back on active duty to face a court martial and appropriate punishment.

  27. I’d love to have a doctor randomly walk around my job asking if I’m okay and give me Xanax.

  28. I thought retired officers were still in the retired reserve and subject to military discipline. No?

In practice, they’re never prosecuted for misconduct (witness Asshair Flynn), but they have been in the past. (They victimized a retired officer some decades ago for being gay.) But it might not be a bad idea to dust off that policy for this loser. Unless he retired as a Rear Admiral, this sounds like he’s misrepresenting his rank.

  29. Did he inappropriately confirm that the obese mentally unfit orange turd is in great shape?
