  1. Nose ring $80. 26 tattoos $5,200. Weed for the week $175. Alcohol for the week $100. Darn you America, how am supposed to pay my rent?

  2. I’m waiting for the fuck bag that’s going to say “should of joined a trade.”

  3. COL is not bad in Tennessee, it’s actually one of the best in the country. Either this person has poor budgeting skills or she’s working 4 very-low wage part time jobs…

  4. The huge elephant in the room is one the lack of Boomer retirements to make room for their replacements in the workforce, especially in middle and upper management. Boomers refuse to make room for the generations coming behind them and thanks to their consumer habits and addition to power and control, many of them just can’t quit working.

I thought for sure that COVID would drive a lot of them out of the workforce. Instead, they doubled down and decided to stay even longer. Hell some of them even embraced WFH all while complaining that young(er) people don’t want to work.

  5. Protest instead of posting. People need to feel they have the power again.

  6. Yeah, take your info from TikTok. If someone says it there it must be true. I’m sure she works 4 jobs, right.

  7. In Tn you get paid 2$ an hour plus tips. This not just an America issue TN needs to pay a better wage to its fast food employees.

  8. America is a corparation, its not country anymore. I’m sorry for what you have go through.

In Europe they have a lot of free colleges (paid by the government). Most of the countries pay some scholarship and you allowed to take a loan from the government with more than affortoble interes rate since scholarship may not be enough or you can get a side hustle. You have also some special living spaces for students with affortoble rent.

  9. The economic/political system reminds me of the myth of Saturn eating his children.
We are putting the maximum stress ond dedicating minimum resources on young people of reproductive age, causing a birth rate collapse and long term demographic decline. Meanwhile we shower the idle elderly with benefits, for approximately no societal benefit. So we get a top heavy population pyramid and that shifts power further to the elderly to vote themselves more benefits.
