Because the investigating judge at the court in Belgrade rejected a request by the public prosecutor’s office for pre-trial detention. That’s not secret knowledge.
However, Belgrade’s assurances that it had nothing to do with the Banjska case have not become any more credible as a result of these pictures.

Nothing new here sadly. It’s an open secret that our ruling party has deep connections with the mafia. I’d be pleasantly surprised if this development meant anything to the US, but I doubt it.
